Workshops - manga & comic

In the month of June, 2007, I gave my first manga-workshop on a birthday party in Amsterdam. The children (all 14, 15 years old) enjoyed it and since this amazing experience I'm willing to give more and more workshops in 'making manga' or 'making comics'. Preferably in Dutch and in the Netherlands.

Each workshop takes 2 hours. It's divided in two parts (Characters and Storytelling) and contains one coffee/talk break of half an hour. After each part, the students get an assignment concentrating on the discussed part, which will be judged by me and the rest of the group. Each student gets a printed booklet of what I'm telling, so that everything is easy to follow and it's possible to look back if something isn't immediately clear.

The price depends on the number of students, the cost of material and the cost of travelling. For more information, contact me!
